For Cold Foods: Place salt crystal tray in the refrigerator for one hour to chill. The tray will retain its temperature for quite some time. Once chilled you can serve salads, fruits, vegetables, sushi and desserts right on the salt slab!

For Hot Foods: Place salt tray on your gas stove-top or grill & heat it slowly until it reaches 180C degrees.
